RMA Process, Requirements & Terms and Conditions

We know your time matters, so we've kept the process simple: request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, follow the steps, and we’ll take care of the rest with speed and care.

Application Process for RMA

1. Request an RMA Number

Contact Swissbit Germany AG, Service Center (Berlin) using either the email rma-pool@swissbit.com or use the RMA request form below

Submit one RMA request per product delivery.

Include in your RMA request

  • Product model and serial number (if available)

  • Detailed problem description

  • Proof of purchase (to verify warranty period)

2. Ship the Product

After receiving your RMA number, ship the product within 30 days to:

Requirements:

  • RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the package

  • Use proper packaging to prevent shipping damage

  • Customer bears shipping and insurance costs

Shipments without a visible RMA number will be refused.


3. Warranty Conditions

Only technically defective products can be returned after 2 months from purchase.

Cosmetic issues (scratches, wear, etc.) are not covered.

Products without defects will be returned at the customer's expense, plus:

  • 10.00 USD handling/inspection fee per unit

Warranty is void if:

  • Unauthorized repairs/modifications were made

  • Customer failed to mitigate damages or notify Swissbit promptly
