Swissbit strengthens fiscal team with Marco Leidl

Bronschhofen, Switzerland, September 18, 2025 – Swissbit, a leading provider of storage and security solutions, is further expanding its commitment to fiscalization by appointing Marco Leidl as Vice President Business Development Embedded IoT Solutions. As one of the leading suppliers of Technical Security Devices (TSE), Swissbit underlines its strategy to strengthen and grow its TSE and fiscalization business.

Leidl brings many years of expertise in the fiscal industry. Most recently, he worked at Swissbit partner fiskaltrust, where he successfully developed new markets and products. During this time, he gained in-depth insights into the real-world application of Swissbit fiscal solutions as well as into the requirements of different countries and regulatory environments.

A particular focus of his expertise lies in SaaS business models and internationally scalable solutions. With his experience and network, Marco Leidl will play a key role in advancing Swissbit’s TSE and fiscalization strategy and in further expanding the company’s partner ecosystem.

Prior to joining fiskaltrust, Leidl held senior positions at international companies, where he led teams in customer success, service, and process management, and was responsible for IT security, risk, and compliance management projects. He studied Business Administration with a focus on logistics and production management at Munich University of Applied Sciences and completed a Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria.
