On September 9 and 10, Berlin will become the center of the European semiconductor packaging community, when the 3rd European Packaging, Assembly, and Test-Workshop will take place. At the “Microelectronics: Key to Transformation,” event held on September 18, 2023 at the German Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Action, Swissbit Germany AG received a symbolic funding intent for several million euros.
