SoftGiken becomes distribution partner of Swissbit

Tokyo, Japan. 30 August 2023 - The Japanese-based software house and IT product distributor, SoftGiken and Swissbit have entered a sales partnership for the Japan region. SoftGiken is thus expanding its IT security portfolio and will now offer selected security solutions from the iShield product brand, under which Swissbit has grouped its plug-and-play security products, which are iShield Key Pro and iShield HSM.

The new iShield Key Pro offers the best possible protection for online accounts and enables secure access to websites, applications, services, and corporate networks. In addition to FIDO2, the Security Key supports HOTP (Hash-based One Time Password) and PIV (Personal Identity Verification) security standards, making it suitable for offline scenarios or the implementation of customized security solutions.
iShield HSM is a plug-and-play USB security anchor that allows system integrators to upgrade existing IoT devices with a hardware security module, making it the perfect retrofit solution for ready-made hardware designs and devices in the field. The module is qualified for AWS IoT Greengrass, but can also be used as a security anchor in other IoT environments and for various zero-trust scenarios if required.
The Swissbit product range around the iShield series is now available to all SoftGiken reseller partners and end users.
