1. Take-back Obligation

As a manufacturer of B2B equipment, we are obligated to take back end-of-life equipment.

Please also note the following:

  • Once returned, the end-of-life equipment cannot be returned to you

  • There will be no refund of the purchase price or residual value

  • There will be no reimbursement of shipping costs

  • The end-of-life equipment will be recycled in accordance with the provisions of the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act

  • No disposal certificate will be issued by the disposal company

Data Protection

Your data belongs to you! Therefore, please ensure that you delete all personal or sensitive data from the end-of-life equipment before handing it over.
