microSD Speicherkarten


Die neusten Micro SD Speicherkarten Serien S-30u und S-50u nutzen 3D NAND Technologie und bieten beste Kosteneffizient. Die S-30u adressiert preissensitive Anwendungen mit vorwiegend Lesezugriffen, die S-50u ist eine industrielle Micro SD Speicherkarte für alle anspruchsvollen Anwendungsfälle. Wenn hohe Endurance benötigt wird, so bietet sich die pSLC Version S-56u an. Beide Typen unterstützen Klasse 10, U3 Modus.

Weiterhin unterstützt werden die microSD-Speicherkarten S-45u (MLC-Version), S-46u (pSLC-Version), S-450u (SLC-Version) und S-455u (SLC-Version). Sie verfügen über ausgereifte Funktionen und unterstützen durch die Implementierung von UHS-I Datenübertragungsraten von bis zu 48 MBit/s. Die Kombination aus NAND-Flash mit MLC (Multi-Level Cell), einem innovativen Controller und seitenbasierter Firmware-Technologie ermöglicht trotz MLC-bedingter Einschränkungen bei der Schreiblebensdauer eine größere Datenstabilität und längere Lebenszyklen. Die microSD-Speicherkarten S-45u S-46u und S-455u zeichnen sich bei verteilten Daten durch eine Schreibdatenrate von bis zu 1.400 IOPS aus.

Zu den speziellen Firmware-Funktionen der neuen Produktreihen gehören eine leistungsstarke integrierte Fehlerkorrektur, Lesewiederholung, autonomes Datenpflegemanagement, Lebenszeitüberwachung und Diagnosefunktionen, ein Zufallsgenerator, Algorithmen zur Verteilung der Schreibzugriffe und Verwaltung fehlerhafter Blöcke sowie ein intelligenter Stromausfallschutz.

Alle microSD-Karten von Swissbit können extremen Umgebungsbedingungen standhalten. Sie bieten ein Höchstmaß an mechanischer Stabilität und verbesserten Schutz vor elektrostatischen Entladungen. Darüber hinaus haben die harten Goldsteckverbinder der microSD-Karten eine Mindesthaltbarkeitsdauer von 20.000 Steckzyklen.
