憑藉即插即用的設計理念，iShield Camera 可輕鬆整合至現有系統中。這使無人機、隨身攝影機或行車記錄器的製造商與使用者，能夠為其產品增添一項額外的安全功能，專門防止對敏感攝影機資料的未經授權存取，或確保符合法律要求。除了 AES 256 位元加密和 PIN 碼使用者認證外，iShield Camera 還支援全高清影片，並具備工業級耐溫性能。
一旦攝影機關閉或 microSD 卡被取出，若未經 PIN 碼驗證，即使在攝影機內部也無法讀取經 AES-256 位元加密的資料內容。此時，存取與後續處理只能透過電腦進行，使用者可透過 iCCT 解鎖儲存卡。藉此方式，有效防止了錄影資料的未經授權傳輸、竄改或刪除。
