iShield Archive 专为加密和保护各类数据而设计。该 microSD 卡可与任何类型的相机和型号配合使用，例如无人机、随身摄像头、行车记录仪、监控摄像头或红外触发相机。iShield Archive 还支持 WORM（一次写入，多次读取）模式，并具备基于角色的访问策略。
该卡需通过配套的“iShield Archive Tool”（iAT）软件在计算机上进行设置。 相机关闭或移除 microSD 卡后，先前录制的数据将不再显示在 iShield Archive 上，仅能通过 iAT 并输入正确密码进行读取和下载。此过程可重复进行，直至卡内存储空间已满。当卡内空间已满时，可使用正确密码擦除 iShield Archive，以释放存储空间供再次使用。
