Die neuen USB-3.1-Produkte setzen auf seitenbasiertes Flash-Management, wodurch sich Lebensdauer und Schreibleistung deutlich erhöhen.

eUSB 2.0 Module


Das embedded USB-Flash-Modul (UFM) von Swissbit bietet eine große Auswahl an USB-2.0-Speichern mit verschiedener Speicherdichte in einem kleinen Formfaktor. Das UFM ist die ideale Lösung für Anwendungen, die hohe Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit erfordern. Zu den typischen Anwendungen gehören Datenprotokollierung oder Boot-Laufwerke für eingebettete Anwendungen und NetCom-Systeme.
Der 10-polige USB-Steckverbinder auf einer Leiterplatte unterstützt die Rastergrößen 2,00 mm und 2,54 mm.

Das Laufwerk arbeitet (wahlweise) mit 5 V ±5 % oder 3,3 V ±5 %. Das UFM ist außerdem abwärtskompatibel mit Version 1.1 und kann mit Betriebssystemen verwendet werden, welche die USB-Spezifikation „Mass Storage Class“ und Bulk-Transfer unterstützen.

The Swissbit Life Time Monitoring feature enables users to access the memory device’s detailed Life Time Status and allows prediction of imminent failure, avoiding unexpected data loss. This feature uses an extended S.M.A.R.T. (Self-Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting Technology) interface or vendor-specific commands to retrieve the Flash product information.
