Memory devices are present everywhere in today's communications and networking systems. As system bandwidths and storage requirements continue to increase, memory technologies are being optimized for higher density and performance.

Memory devices are an integral part of a variety of systems.  However, different applications have different memory requirements.  For networking infrastructure applications, the memory devices required are typically high-density, high-performance, high-bandwidth memory devices with a high degree of reliability.  In wireless applications, small footprint memory devices, extended temperature operation, along with shock and vibration resistance are key features, especially for mobile devices.  Broadband access applications typically require memory devices in which there is a fine balance between cost and performance.  Computing and consumer applications require memory solutions such as DRAM modules and Flash cards that are highly cost sensitive while meeting the performance targets for these applications.

Swissbit offers three lines of DRAM and Flash based products to match our customer’s performance, density, and cost requirements.  Use Swissbit’s Industrial memory line to fill your most demanding communication and networking storage needs especially when high reliability and/or extreme temperatures are a concern.  Swissbit also offers its Chip-On-Board (COB) family of DRAM modules which incorporates direct bare die to printed circuit board attachment that allows higher density modules to be built in smaller formats.
